(1)Dipping Process: Dilution   1~5%( o.w.f)

(2)Padding Process: Dilution   10~50g/l

Emulsification Process 

Formulation

1.RH-NB-84308   60KG 

2.Emulsifier    30KG

3.Glacial acetic acid 4kg+10kg water  14Kg 

4. Water    200 KG

 

Diluted into 30% silicone emulsion,the meulsion transparent.


Process

 (1).Add RH-NB-8438and the emulsifier in the container, and start to stir for 5-10min.

 (2).Add 10Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 1kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (3).Add 10Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 1kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (4).Add 20Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 1kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (5).Add 20Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (6).Add 30Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 3kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (7).Add 30Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 3kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (8)Add 30Kg water and stir for 5minutes

 (9).Add the rest water and  acid water under stirring, stir for 5-10min,make the pH at 6.filtering and packaging
